Ground spoofing ban

I was banned for ground spoofing. I'm not sure what that means. Please help me understand what I did. I will not do it again. This is important to me and I spent 3600 days on Minecraft building. Please help me. Thank you.
I don’t believe you cheated, because of other times, so I’m going to accept your ban appeal with exception for a week
